This morning, Kirk shared his favorite green smoothie recipe with the students at Present Yourself. You can find it below: Limeade Green Smoothie By Cathy Endicott 1 cup water Juice 2 limes 1/2 avacado 1 peeled green apple 2 inches or so of a peeled English cucumber 3 baby Brussel sprouts 2 stalks of celery 1/4 cup of fresh parsley 1 1/2 -2 cups of spinach 1 dropper full of Sweet Leaf (brand) plain stevia “Sweet Drops”. (Or to taste) Now blend ingredients until smooth and then blend in a cup of ice to your desired texture. This obviously can be modified to suit tastes by subtracting or adding desired fruits and vegetables.
