This move focus on your core like nobodys business. As you start out in downward dog split (leg pointed up with hip open and belly button facing out), begin to lower down and draw knee to the outside of the elbow. Did you feel those obliques burning? Do this move for 30 seconds on each side. For some relief, lower down I to childs pose in between sides. To modify this move, draw your knee into chest or just lower down into plank position.
