This past weekend we pulled up to Grandmas house for the last time. As we grabbed boxes to pack there were so many memories that came flooding back both from my childhood as well as my kids that were kept oh so safe by the most wonderful mom and grandma. It was so hard to watch my mom go through having to leave the home that was the last. The home that was intended for forever. An affair courtesy of him even at their age causes such devastation. Mom walked in and barely kept it together. I watched her through the day remain as strong as she could. The stress and sadness quickly set in,and she went from being able to walk around to not being able to walk from the MS. Even through that she was still able to laugh at the jokes made while Ashten Chipperfield,Kale, Regan Eslick, Canaan Eslick, Brekkun, and my brother and I moved things out. I thought to myself how do others not get this pain? How do they continue to NOT want to say anything bad about this jerk?! Even as mom sits not even being able to speak except for one thing about the pain hes caused and the mess, and the room went silent. Everyone else should be mad as hell just as we are. In the end family is those that you can trust. We are lucky because we ALL have each other. Pulling away for the last time so hard for me,and even harder for my mom. Mom I love you more than you know for your Faith and strength. You are my Hero. Hang in there we can get through this! I hope whoever in the FAMILY that saw my last post and totally missed the meaning feels free to call my Grandma and tell her how bad I look. Obviously they dont know me well. I tell it like it is and if you dont like it dont read it.
