This weekend we will celebrate the life, music and home going of my father, Willie Rodgers. If you would like to, on Friday between the hours of 2 and 6pm, you may view the body. At 6pm, we will have a celebration of music. Many guest and artist to appear. Im personally asking all musicians and singers who worked with my father, to please join us on this night. On Saturday, we will celebrate his home going. The wake will be from 1-1:30pm. The service will start at 1:30. The burial will immediately follow. All events will take place at Gatlings Funeral Home, located at 10133 S. Halsted. Thank you all for the calls, texts, emails and cards. God bless you
