Three Weeks Post Distal Bicep Tendon Reattachment - Rotation has improved significantly - Bicep, shoulder and lats keep getting smaller, although I did start working on them with careful movements this week (I wont tell the surgeon that) - Incisions have almost healed completely. Used a manuka honey based cream on them over the past week - Had cell therapy (stem cell injection) today, 8/7. 900,000 to 1.2 million stem cells come in an injection and should help speed up the recovery time. Knowing what I know now, Id recommend it for anyone with joint issues. Supplements & Oils First thing on empty stomach: - 10 Wobenzym tablets - Essential Oils: 5 drops Copaiba, 5 drops Idaho Balsam Fir, 5 drops Frankincense - PanAway (essential oil blend) from forearm to mid-bicep With Breakfast: - 3 Multi AM/PM Complex - 6 Omega-3 Fish Oil Softgels - 3 Calcium/Magnesium With Lunch: - 6 Omega-3 Fish Oil Softgels - Essential oil mix: 5 drops Copaiba, 5 drops Idaho Balsam Fir, 5 drops Frankincense - PanAway (essential oil blend) from forearm to mid-bicep With Dinner: - 3 Multi AM/PM Complex - 6 Omega-3 Fish Oil Softgels - 3 magnesium - 10,000 IU vitamin D - 2 Rebound - Essential oil mix: 5 drops Copaiba, 5 drops Idaho Balsam Fir, 5 drops Frankincense - PanAway (essential oil blend) from forearm to mid-bicep Sleep -Diffusing 4 drops Cedarwood + 4 drops Valor essential oils and trying to get 8 hours each night. Workouts - Upper/lower split, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri. Started doing movements for my right side.
