Tip of the day- CHOOSE YOUR FRUITS WISELY. Fruits are a fantastic way to get a high amount of glucose into your body naturally; however, not all fruits are created equal. When concerning weight loss, choose fruits with a lower glycemic index or higher fiber count, such as berries and apples. Sad but true, I learned this year I have a food intolerance to apples, so now I stick with berries and the occasional banana (only after workouts because they are extremely high in sugar!). Love, BBK
