To, Honorable Rail minster Govt. of INDIA. Respected Sir, . we want to attract your kind attention for PWIs .......... . 1. remove all types of leave for PWIs. because administration is always unable to permit leave 365*7 days. so we can save papers which is being used for leave request. 2. please announce in next rail budget and give honor to all PWIs as BANDHUA MAJDUR OF INDIAN RAILWAY. 3. If there will not be any leave then what is the use of free passes and PTOs, so kindly withdraw these privileges. 4 Sir please give full power to all officers to impose any type of penalty without issuing a chargsheet. ( in short restart the British rules) 5. plz inform to human rights with all the name of PWIs to remove these category of human from there manual. 6. Before giving joining to PWIs in railway plz take acknowledgment from there parents that after joining your son can not be permitted to look after your needs.. 7. please arrange to convey message in society that marriage of PWIs are totally prohibited to maintain the human rights of girl. 8. PWIs body should be nominated for world record that he can be used 24*7*365 hours without rest which is bigger achievement then any human or any machine. 9. we think that what ever salary we are getting is totally wrong and wastage of money , so pwi should not be given any salary, railway should arrange 2 times JANATA MEALS at railway track. 10. And last but not list any type of accident in IR , PWIs can be fixed responsible blindly, but keep in mind there will not be any pass, pto, increment , promotion to cut. . .
