To all my FB friends... Yesterday I posted two pictures regarding the border crisis and illegal immigration issue. Someone I dont even know, chose to post inflammatory and derogatory comments regarding my character and opinions. Now, Im not overly concerned about what anyone thinks of me, especially someone who hasnt taken the time to get to know me... However, this morning I would like to publicly repent for the harsh dialogue that transpired between myself and this person. I have to admit that my flesh rose up, when under personal attack and I responded in an un-Christ-like manner. I recognize that FB is a social media site and that comments, opinions, etc. are publicly displayed and subject to widespread scrutiny and all types of responses. I am confident in my beliefs and viewpoints and will vigorously defend my (and everyone elses) right to freely express said opinions. However, more than ANYTHING, my desire is to best represent my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! I dont feel that I was at my best yesterday... however, today is a new day and I have more opportunities to be more like Jesus! Ill continue to do what i do and pray that someone is blessed by it...
