To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice. (Proverbs 21:3 ESV) Lets compare: would God be more pleased with me if I wrote a big check weekly to the church to feed homeless children or if I volunteered to feed homeless children? Many of us think writing checks is enough, but God wants us to do His will rather than waiting for someone else to act. Our sacrifice to God is incomplete if we dont give Him our ALL which is ourselves. Today do one random act of kindness for someone in the name of Jesus and watch Him bless you more and more. The consecrated cross Ill bear till death shall at me free; and then go home my crown to wear, for theres a cross for me.
