To those whom Ive offended with my t-shirts. Some parents are good, some neglect, some teachers shape young minds and some sleep with kids. Same can be said for preachers. My stance on cop hating is this. I believe most parents are good, most teachers are good, most preachers are a good and so are most police officers. There will be a bad apple now and then, but the vast majority I would like to think are good. I cannot assume they are all guilty of injustice although there are accounts against all of the above. Run the numbers and thank god the vast majority of whom Ive mentioned, do what they do with dignity. Its sad that an officer can potentially lose his life for hesitating to act because of the rioting that will ensue if he is of a certain descent. I also stand for the right of free speech and support South Bend Uniform for stating their opinion. If it is ok for one side, it should be acceptable for the other. In an ideal world, police would not need force to uphold law. Im not condoning force, but if hostility was never raised to todays threshold by the actions of those whom officers police, a simple flash of lights would do the trick. In the event of an officer breaking a law or assuming they are above it, I fully support their consequences. Fair and just. If you want to breath easy, dont break the law. If officers break the law, they should not breath easy. Justice for all.
