Today, I was at my volunteer site doing tax returns. One of my clients I was helping, started telling me about her mom who is 90 years old and is a breast cancer survivor. I told my client that I plan to walk for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. My client was so happy and proud that I am walking and raising money to help fight against breast cancer. She also thanked me. Fortunately, I do not know any one close to me that is diagnosed with breast cancer but I could only imagine the pain and suffering. If I can do something to help, I will. Because breast cancer can happen to anyone, women and men equally. It can be someone dearest to you or even You! The conversation with my client was very touching and I will never forget it. I know I made the right decision when I registered to walk and hope to reach my goal with your help. I thank all my donors again for taking the time to donate as you are making a difference as well. I would like to thank my new donors Michele Stefaniak, Den Yin, Wanda Rodriguez, and Erika Yanez for donating to this great cause. :)
