Todays Conversation - a customer and I were chatting about some of the larger retail garden centers and their Unconditional 1 year Guarantee In my opinion (which is also a big part of our philosophy here at Pro-Lawn) those guarantees are a NOT good thing. These large retailers are not educating their customers along the way to prevent plant loss and they promote waste! It takes more water, nutrients and time to keep starting plants over and over. In a time when society is super conscious about going green I dont understand this concept. I can count on one hand how many true losses (warranty items) we have had so far this year. This is because we dont believe in throwing good money after bad. By properly leading the customer in the right direction, the guarantee is rarely needed. Our customers come back because they WANT to , not because they HAD to. Thank you ALL for your support - we appreciate it!! XOXO
