Tonight will probably be my last £1/2 NL game at Genting. Ill be leaving town on Friday but will of course be back 4-7th December for the 25/25 Series at The Maybury. Ill also have to drop in at some point to present the PIE Awards which are not quite ready yet. It was back in 2011 when I started PIE, The local scene needed a boost so thought Id give it a try, Things have changed a lot since then; I think mostly for the best, We now have big guarantees, house dealers and games better than the rest, Players have come and gone but we still remember them all, Every limp/raise, terrible joke and slightly questionable call, Because its more than just a game we play; its what we love to do, Its not always about the money; believe me cause its true, Many thanks to everyone who has helped and supported PIE, From now on Ill be less involved but hopefully it will never die.
