Topic: I had my now ex partner sectioned about 4 weeks ago now after she tried to overdose for the third time. She and her family jumped to the conclusion that i done it for custody of our son when all i wanted was to save her life. So our son could grow up with a mother. I suffer from depression and anxiety myself and cant help but feel guilty for the choice I made. Even though I did it for the right reason its bringing me down to the point where its affecting my day to day living. What can I do to help myself get out of the way Im feeling. I know the choice I made was right but having someone I care about so much hate me for it along with their family hating me for it is just getting too much.
