Tried to fall asleep with a Chakra clearing CD by Doreen Virtue. Suddenly, was clearing more then anticipated or maybe it was just time for some unresolved healing processes to surface and experience Vulnerability with my own Being. The deep rooted hurts ,blames, excuses that I have denied or avoided for such a long time including personal grief of Loss, of within and family. Maybe this is what everything has been building up to...finally freeing myself through acknowledging the things I have or i have not done that has impacted lives the it has. My deepest apologies to my children, to my family,friendships,relationships and careers that I did not give my All to. A part-time individual, Living every aspect of life part-time. How about that for a reality smack???
