Tsunami bar. Todays session began with explosive squats with the tsunami bar. As the force to drive it up accelerates with the bars torque, you are effectively pushing up to 3 times the bar weight. Unlike a regular bar, your acceleration tends to slow nearer the top. Youll see the bounce at the top and the constant force/tension the bar has. I call it the wobble bar. Its definitely challenging.
