Tuesdays Menu: Breakfast: 1 egg 2 egg whites scrambled 1 slice whole grain toast 1/2 grapefruit Snack: 1/2 grapefruit, 14 almonds Lunch: turkey, apple and cheese pita pockets Cut one whole pita pocket in half and stuff each one with 1/2 cup baby spinach, one ounce low sodium turkey breast, 1/4 thinly sliced apple and one tbsp shredded lite cheddar. Serve with remaining apple Snack: one red pepper cut into wedges and topped with 1/2 cup cooked beans and mashed with one half avocado mashed with lemon salt and pepper Dinner:chicken quinoa stir fry 1 chicken breast thinly sliced and cooked with 1 tbsp EVOO over medium heat once chicken is almost cooked stir in 1/2 cup cooked quinoa 1 cup peppers, 1/2 cup snow peas, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 1/4 cup sliced onions &1 tbsp liquid aminos cover and let simmer for 8 minutes until veggies are tender Snack: 1 cup strawberries -Meals By Milly-
