Two month ago every morning I woke up at half past six to have a morning jogging. I had been jogging for one year and I thought I was exhausted. I am not the guy who stays awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I woke up I thought all my willpower was run out. I did this miserable morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the result wasn’t effective.
