UPDATE: US Forest Service is reporting a fire burning in private - TopicsExpress

UPDATE: US Forest Service is reporting a fire burning in private timber on Bryant Mountain 10 miles southeast of Bonanza, Ore. It is estimated to be 800 acres and no structures are threatened at this time. BLM, Fremont-Winema National Forest and ODF have firefighters and equipment on scene, a total of 14 engines, three dozers, two water tenders, two single-engine air tankers, one helicopter, two heavy air tankers and one air attack. 150 personnel are currently on scene fighting the fire. The fire is currently under investigation. At this time there is no containment. Please try to avoid the fire area as there are multiple vehicles used for fire suppression varying in size and some roads are single lane.
