Update on Thayer: We got to see the cardiologist and pediatrician this week and got some good news and some ok news. Good news is that Thayer now weighs an even 8 lbs and we are thrilled that he is finally starting to gain some weight! They are going to watch him closely though to make sure he keeps adding the pounds every week! The ok news is that the arc between the two arteries in the bottom of his heart is beginning to narrow and the damaged artery is beginning to restrict some. We go back in another month for another echo on his heart. We know this means that surgery is inevitable but we also know that God is cradling him in His hands through all this. We appreciate all your prayers and continued prayers for Thayer.
