VERY IMPORTANT:- VASUDHA MAKES IT CLEAR THAT THE PERSON WHO APPEARS IN THE VIDEO WAS ONLY FOLLOWING ORDERS AND HE IS NOT CORRUPT. WE MET HIM TODAY AND THANKED HIM FOR HELPING US RAISE SUCH A SERIOUS ISSUE. PEOPLE ARE REQUESTED NOT TO MISUNDERSTAND HIM PLEASE. Today Vasudha met Deputy Commissioner Mandi and demanded that the hush-up inquiry which has been constituted by SDM Sunder Nagar without any jurisdiction shall immediately be transferred to an independent authority competent to act in this matter. We also told the DC about the misconduct of Tehsildar Sunder Nagar and demanded immediate action in this matter by submitting a copy of written statement of our President who was unlawfully summoned by Tehsildar Sunder Nagar while the SDM was not summoned even after being seriously involved in this case. The summon was issued against Vasudha vs. Public, we ask Tehsildar under which authority he has constituted an inquiry against Vasudha with Public while we were highlighting the issue in public interest. Today when our CEO visited Tehsildar Office for representing Vasudha (as a courtesy) he misbehaved and also bypassed the regular order of cases, our number was 12 but we were not called upon asking they said babu (person who appears in video) has not come but the case was against Vasudha vs. Public and Babu was not even summoned and even if Babu was not present, by law it was duty of Tehsildar to initiate ex-parte inquiry. In addition to this we also met DSP Vigilance at Mandi and have filed an complaint with the State Vigilance Bureau electronically. To remove any and all doubts we convey that we are not against collection of money but only unlawful collection of money. Previously few people have commented that SDM is doing right to save our heritage and culture to them we would like to convey that instead of resolving to such unlawful strategies, public administration can take hellp from organizations like Vasudha to motivate people to donate money for these causes which would be more appropriate. We would also like to convey to people that the SDM has refused of giving any statement to Media making derogatory remarks on Vasudha. Now either media or SDM give us answer who is having malafide intentions against us. We are taking a very very serious view of this matter because the public administration has cheated Vasudha which is the only reason why we are resolving to take such strict steps. Because if administration can do this to an organization like Vasudha then only God knows what they do with individuals who have less knowledge of law. Because of legal reasons and protection of evidence, we cannot post any other details plus we appeal to media to support us in our initiative. We are posting copies of the following: 1) Notice u/s 80 CPC to Principal Secretary (Personnel) 2) Written statement of our President in respect of the summon which the Tehsildar under directions of SDM issued unlawfully. 3) Copy of Summon which was issued in name of our President bypassing the legal procedure which only provides for isuing a notice either in name of Society only or in name of Secretary (in our case Chief Executive Officer) We will be posting some other documents soon.
