VISION The physical structure of the ZEESM will be an urban area, capable of attracting and holding investors, service providers, and all kind of technological base companies, and others, coming from all around the globe. All rural surrounding areas will get full attentions to be developed based on a community and rural development policy. To enable that, ZEESM will be strategically located nearby an airport and a seaport, with great accessibility and access to health, education and energy infrastructures. It will have suitable places to work and live conciliating solutions to rest, sports and leisure. Everything is planned in order to enhance effectiveness, making sure that all sectors of activity needed to support the project are available from the beginning. It is going to be built a head Office for ZEESM and other shared infrastructures such as auditorium, hotels and banks, etc. The management and the monitoring of ZEESM’s conception and construction will be entitled to a managing company.
