Very disappointed in the customer service we received from Power Sports in Abrams. When we initially purchased our Polaris Ranger in June, the tool kit and manual were missing. We were assured that it would be in soon. We did not receive it until 2 months later. The gas tank was also bone dry, the oil desperately needed to be changed, and all the fluids were low. We brought our side-by-side in for an all-points inspection before the warranty expired at the end of August, and we were told that it would be 2 weeks, which seemed like a long time, but it was near the end of season, so okay. After 2 1/2 weeks we get a phone call, telling us our warranty is expired. That it expired in April, which I found amazing, seeing as we didnt purchase the UTV until June. Finally picked up our side-by-side today (2 weeks after they quoted us, and we only knew it was ready because *I* called them) and it was covered in mud and filth, much dirtier than we dropped it off. They couldnt be bothered to bring it up to the front for us, and my husband had to navigate it through all the other equipment on their back lot. And the gas tank was empty (which it wasnt when we dropped it off). Again, very disappointed in the customer service weve received, both on the sales and service end. Would not recommend going through them for your ATV/UTV/boating needs
