Violetta Ilkiw Leaves Laidlaw Foundation After more than 14 years of working with the Foundation, Violetta has decided to move on to other challenges. In her time at the Foundation she was a true advocate for young people in Ontario. Violetta brought her creative, innovative and risk taking attributes to numerous collaborative ventures throughout the years. A partnership builder, a broker, a mentor, she worked tirelessly to assure that young people in this Province were heard, respected and engaged in meaningful ways.
