The writ filed by Mr. Crasto’s wife against the illegal arrest of Melwyn Sir is scheduled for hearing on 29th November. To the best of my Knowledge once all the CS’s have been consolidated together than the company can ask the magistrate where all the CS’s will be sent for release of the DATA for making the EXIT PAYMENTS. Q) If CS not filed uptill 16th dec…when what will be the situation? Ans) BK Singh that is a very small chance that the CS will not be filed. Bombay HC order is very clear and has come from the understaking given by the EOW. Q) Will the co make the payment without having itself registered in India..? Ans) EXIT PAYMENTS are not dependent on registration of SAOL to the best of my knowledge Q) can we expect any news from company Ashok sir? Ans) I do not hold any brief for the Company I am here to answer the doubts of panelists in my capacity as the Secretary of AISPA. Ans)I forgot to inform all of you that Tarakji was looking refreshed and dashing without his Beard. He is clean shaven once again.
