WE NEED YOUR HELP! HELP US SEND A NIGERIAN YOUTH TO CAMP Hello friends, In less than 3 weeks, I will be going to Nigeria to run free empowerment, basketball and summer bible camps for over 700 Nigerian youth. Although we have put together a life changing experience for Nigerian youth, we are still short of funds to adequately execute these amazing programs. I need your help! We are asking supporters and friends who have been amazing A2S ambassadors and our mission to consider donating or help us promote our “HELP US SEND A YOUTH TO CAMP” campaign. a2sfoundation.org/mya2s/campaigns?c=61 If you donate and/or email, tweet, retweet, and share this campaign with friends, family, co-workers and strangers, youth in Nigeria stand a chance of seizing the full benefit of this year’s camps. Our empowerment sessions are focused on tolerance, citizenship, leadership and service. Our summer bible camp emphasizes love through action, teaches arts and crafts, music, sports and so much more. Our basketball camp teaches confidence, leadership and self-esteem while learning the concept of teamwork. On top of all these amazing programs, we plan to further our strategic partnerships on ground while also installing computers in our recently constructed computer center at the A2S after school. Would you be willing to help by devoting your time to making sure we reach our goal? $20 is all it takes to send a youth to camp in Nigeria. Please, help me turn dreams of Nigerian youth into reality as we continue to engage, encourage, educate, empower and enrich them. Due to the ongoing violence in Nigeria, this is the first year that I will not be taking U.S volunteers to Nigeria to help execute these programs.
