WEATHER OUTLOOK 6 April, 2014 Time of Issue: 1300 PST Synoptic Situation/Outlook: A westerly wave is affecting upper and central parts of the country and likely to move east-northeastwards during next 12 to 18 hours. Punjab including Islamabad: Partly cloudy to cloudy weather is expected in most parts of the province, however, rain-thunderstorm (associated with gusty winds) is expected at scattered places in Islamabad, Upper Punjab (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Faisalabad Sargodha divisions) till tomorrow morning, while at isolated places in central/South Punjab (D.G. khan, Multan, Bahawalpur and Sahiwal divisions) till tonight. Hail storm is also expected at isolated places in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Sargodha divisions today. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Cloudy weather with scattered rain-thunderstorm (associated with gusty winds) is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa till tonight.
