WHATS WRONG WITH STRENGTH& FITNESS #3- Talking out of both sides of their mouth. Mostly for profit. To come up with something new or create controversy or purposely confuse people. Partly from professional inexperience and possibly stupidity. A hardcore super popular website will regularly shame people for not squatting yet recently published an article that said powerlifting(points for what one of the cornerstones of PL is??) is one of the most damaging ways to get muscular. Conditioning is ok but cardio is not. Saw an article this morning where a Dr said some of the most basic exercises in history will definitely ruin your life and then had the gaul to suggest exercises that had the same possible biomechanical problems and worse. A cheeseburger is the most evil meal in history but seperated on a plate beef, whole grain bread and salad (uh stack them together and what do they make....anyone...Bueller??)theyre a perfect meal. Tell people they dont move enough and then tell them every way they do move is wrong. This is what comes when you drink your own propaganda coolaid, have no logic or breadth of knowledge or experience or have no heart for what you do and do it only for profit at all cost of reality and honesty.
