Walk to Bethlehem...Body and Soul. Body: Strong is the new skinny. Soul: Are you sheltered in the arms of God? Psalm 61:3 says, For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. Is He your shield? Genesis 15:1, After these things the word of the Lord came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and exceeding great reward. Is he your Deliverer? Psalm 144:2, He is my loving ally and my fortress, my tower of safety, my deliverer. He stands before me as a shield, and I take refuge in him. He subdues the nations under me. Next time youre in trouble, stop and remind yourself, He is your shelter, shield and deliverer. He WILL shelter, shield and deliver you from all your enemies. Why not worship him for his merciful goodness by singing along with that sweet old hymn Sheltered in the Arms of God. You can find it on YouTube.
