Watching we were soldiers. In 2007 I shared a hospital room with a professor from U.T.D. were both in bad shape. They came and gave him last rites 3 different times. We said the Lords Prayer ever night together. Of course we had a difference on debt and debtors, as he said trespass and tresspassors. This man never said a bad work. One night we were watching TV and something came on about Vietnam. He said most of these movies are BS. Then he said that one Mel Gipson did was pretty accurate. I trained with those men in the 1st cav. When I was at Fort Campbell. Then he told me he knew 80 of those men, family men that lost their lives. I found out later he was a congressional medal of honor recipient. You would have never known it and I would have never known if it wasnt for his wife. He was a helicopter pilot. He said at first they had not reinforced the bottom and that was why you would see the soldiers sitting on their helmets and a few other things I will not repeat. I asked him if he wanted me to call him Dr. So and so, he looked at me and said just call me Tony. One of greatest human beings I have ever met. So humble!
