We, at 21POS Inc. are looking for the following Applicants: Fresh graduates are encourage to apply! *Job Description - Technical Support Representatives IT technical support representatives mainly monitor and maintain the POS systems and networks for any client. They may install and configure POS systems, troubleshoot common hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems relating POS, either over the phone or in person. Small and medium enterprise to big restaurants increasingly relies in POS systems in all areas of restaurant operation. It is therefore usually crucial to ensure the correct running and maintenance of the POS systems. Typical work activities IT technical support representatives are responsible for the smooth running of POS systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them. Individual tasks vary depending on the size and structure of the organization, but may include: * Installing and configuring POS software and other related applications necessary to run and protect POS system. * monitoring and maintaining POS systems and network, * communicate staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face, over the telephone, email or via remote connection to help set up systems or resolve issues within minimum time given; * troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults; * following diagrams and written instructions to resolve issue and/or set up a system; * Accurately document and record call and email transactions over the CRM * setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues; * working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate) and/or follow up and make schedules for callback as needed; * prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time; * Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services; * sending replacement, may come as part OR the whole terminal as required; * providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports; * providing POS trainings, may come over the phone, manuals or on site visit * rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers and system analyst; * testing and evaluating other POS systems and new version release of the companys own POS Send resume to richardp@posbang
