We had a nice day today. I took Mum to her meeting, then we went to a movie. I slept through it. After that we met our guide dogs instructor so she could observe how Im working. We went around a shopping centre, up and down ramps and steps and outside for a bit. By the end of it I was very reluctant to work - steps hurt! Mum swapped to her cane so I could just follow. Then the instructor took me for a walk. I like her *wags tail*. She agreed I wasnt working like I used to. And then they sat down and did paperwork while I had another doze. A boy ran over and poked at me - his parents apologised. The humans kept filling out paperwork and the boy and his parents came back to apologise again! They had explained to their son and he understood he shouldnt have disturbed me. Very awesome. Not much new is happening - Im starting on another (short term) painkiller tonight, as well as a few supplements. Other than that were back to quiet days and crossing paws it helps.
