We havent had an official update from the team on the mountain yet but as signal is very weak we expect we might only hear from them closer to the summit. Today is day four of their journey - Day four - Shira 1 (3,500m) to Shira 2 (3,850m) This day starts with a gentle walk across the Shira Plateau into the Moorland. The trail crosses the Londorossi Road and passes through Simba Camp towards a small ridge. This is generally a short day and Shira 2 (3,850m) is reached without much effort.
