We hope that all will appreciate that SHIF 2017 was a comprhensive change initiative and was more than bringing Cindy Trimm and others to facilitate some aspects. The entire project was organically grown in the TTPS, facilitated and engineered by the Team Renaissance President Bernard Marshall. The project is the outcome of comprehensive dialogue and facilitation. The following list the stated expected outcomes. Note the strategies are pointed and focused for this result. The project utilizes an Process Interaction Model and Intervention Model aimed at representing how the project is conceptualized SHIFT 2017 PROJECT EXPECTED OUTCOMES: This project is expected to result in: 1. Enhanced leadership skills to support the human side of change and transformation in the Police Service 2. Ethical leadership and good character being common place in the TTPS 3. Improved quality of services delivered by officers 4. Enhance capacity of the police officer to mentor and coach 5. Improved interaction and relationships between police officer and the community 6. The balanced use of power and authority by officers in the police service 7. More effective allocation of human resources 8. Officers with both Social and Technical Competence 9. Reduced litigation and complaints against police officers 10. Reduced cost resulting from excessive bureaucracy, nonconformance to standards, excess waste and duplication of efforts as well as from dysfunctional work processes and ethics
