We need to take a very activist position in challenging these restrictive voter laws which are designed to keep people from voting. They deny many from voting especially elderly in care centers, etc. IN the 2004 Primary Elections, I was an inspector in an Extended Care etc Center polling place. Only fifteen of the voters could actually vote because of the Voter ID law, all the rest had to cast provisional ballots, because if they had a drivers licenses the addresses usually did not match, and their bills went to relatives addresses.
