We received this nice email from a customer this morning. Dear David, I want to thank you and your great staff for your considerable efforts on my behalf. As you recall, I purchased a new acoustic guitar from your store and it developed a structural problem while under warranty. Although the manufacturer was very reluctant to give us satisfaction, you pursued the matter doggedly and eventually the manufacturer replaced the guitar. I know you and your staff spent a great deal of time on this, and really went the extra mile. With such dedication to customer satisfaction, it is no wonder your stores are so popular with local musicians!
