We removed the Karl Lagerfeld posts here and on our web site because of the terrible thing Mattel did by releasing the doll one day early and not telling collectors about the date change. We feel bad for everyone that anticipated trying to purchase her today 9/29/2014 - We are NOT the Mattel Corp. - this is their web site Mattel, were just a retailer... this is the telephone number for Mattel Directly 1-888-892-6123 - or you might want to visit the Mattel Barbie Club Site barbiecollector and tell them about your concerns with this dolls release. To avoid any issues, all complaints,concerns will be replied to with Mattels telephone number - We understand your frustrations, but this is something we had no control over at all - we too had hoped to purchase one, but its not available - so - we completely removed any information about this doll as to not confuse anyone.
