We thought that the four UP Manila students ( who were unable to pay their tuition on time) had already won the fight to be able to graduate this April after the BOR and Pres Pascual granted their appeal. But no, now the roadblock presented is that they did not apply for graduation. Read what former Student Regent Cleve Kevin Robert Arguelles posted - While we welcome the change in the decision of the administration, allowing us to pay late, this press release is misleading that we are already considered for graduation. As of this posting, we submitted another appeal to UPM Chancellor Agulto to allow us to apply for graduation albeit late. Our earlier request was denied by the Office of the College Secretary.
