Well who knew a coffee morning could be so exciting!! We may have to change the name to Tea and Cake after the Toast part of the meeting set the fire alarms off in Cadwyn and Everyone had to evacuate the building!! Nobody was hurt and nothing was damaged and we did apologise, anyhoo no-one at Cadwyn can say they havent heard of Tea, Toast and Talking About Mental Health. Still nice to know we are safe and a few lessons learned for the new fire marshall ;-) Fantastic turnout, would like to thank John, Sam Xena, Dave, Andy and Michelle for coming, some great chat, lots of information passed on, from mobile fone apps, to meds, to events, to PIP, to the fact the peanut butter was gone off before its due date (grrrrr). In fact it was so good, we didnt end it and carried on by going for lunch at The Diner, Wyndham St, Riverside, where a fab lunch was enjoyed by 5 of us and again great discussion on homemade wine, rude people, with John delivering a lovely Birthday cake for Nancy (proprietor of diner and friend to TTT and many other groups) was a fab cake John :D Anyhoo decisions have been made the Christmas meal will take place on Friday 20th December, a poster and event will be launched soon. Again my thanks to everyone who came for a really nice day and lots of giggles and fun - look forward to seeing you all again, Ceriann (TTT)
