Weve been building Unity in the Community for over five years now and I am always amazed at our growth and commitment to take things to the next level in our community. Building an organization is like climbing a flight of stairs , because it takes hard work and dedication to make it to the top. As we continue to grow , I remind myself and my team that we cant afford to miss a step , because they are ordered by God. In order for us to sustain ourselves as a solid force in the community , we must be strategic , creative and helpful to thy neighbor. As a leader , Im going to do whatever it takes to protect the Unity In The Community brand. Along this journey , Im sure some have questioned my leadership , but when you look at the work weve done consistently over the years , you will find that we operate off of faith. In closing , I have to say that I am proud of the things that are about to take place.
