We’re very sorry that customers in the Caistor St Edmund, Poringland, Framingham, Mundham, Newton Flotman, Hempnall, Hardwick, Postwick & surrounding areas are experiencing low pressure or are without water this morning because of a burst to a water main in Caistor St Edmund. We already have a team on site and we’re working hard to bring people back on water as soon as possible. Unfortunately though, because of the complex nature of the repair required, we do expect this to be later this evening. We are truly sorry for the disruption this will inevitably cause. We are sending text messages to those customers in the affected areas to let them know and we will also be speaking to vulnerable customers who are registered on our WaterCare scheme.
