Judge Jeanine Pirro discussed that Sunday night with Navy SEAL Larry Yatch, who emphasized having a straightforward plan and making sure each member of your family knows what to do in an emergency. You dont want to be in a bad situation when you need skills you dont have. So learn, said Yatch, advising people to learn self-defense and about administering medical aid. Yatch, the founder of Sealed Mindset, said families should think about having a go bag that contains water, including something to store it in and a way to filter it. Immediate food, first aid supplies, and clothing should also be there. Furthermore, he recommended having a hard use knife, inflatable mattresses, batteries and a tactical flashlight.
