What is going on in the atmosphere today... drama and more drama every where I turn. Started this afternoon, when I found out that escrow screwed up the amount due to the listing agent and selling agent. My buyer received a very generous gift from escrow that he was not entilted to. Then the repairman called me at 3:00 and told me he was not going to make it until 7:00. I had been waiting for him at a property since 1:30. Then I went to my slum property to collect the rents.... More drama. Two tennats kids were playing. this little girl who is very mean, hit the big boy who is a bit of a sissy with a ball... one mother slams the door on the other mother and a screaming match ensumes. Now they want me throw one of the tenants out. I must admit the little girl is a bit of wild child ... screaming for attention ... no dad around. My best tenant in the building gave me notice... but she cannot deal with the constant drama downstairs with the kids and moms fighting. SIGH! I get a phone call from a tenant who is paying $2,000 per month on a one bedroom... she is demanding that the landlord power wash her windows.... like that is going to happen. Her mother is coming for a visit and the place has to be spotless or her mom will be very upset. I told her to have her mother call me when she arrives in LA. I was at a red light, turning right... when one of those beautiful women (they are all over LA) drivng a Range Rover with huge Chanel glasses... is bearing on her horn. She is shooting me the finger and calling me all kinds of nasty names... too polite to mention. I could not turn due to the fact that there were four people on the crossswalk and did not want to be arrested for manslaughter. Then I get home and have an argument with a friend because he refuses to take his dog to the vet. OY VEY. I hope that tomorrow will be beautiful day! Good nite... I am going to have a glass of wine.. and forget about this hedious day!
