When people hear a passenger shouting in an airport, they usually head the opposite direction. NOT ME!! I dont know what possessed me, but I heard her screaming through the crew room door. She was angry. She had been sent on the wrong shuttle and got sent to the American Eagle remote terminal. She needed to not only be in the main terminal, but at terminal 3 and not 4, her flight was boarding soon. The man she was yelling at didnt speak very good English. I knew the guy. I went out and offered assistance. I pulled up the American app on my phone and looked up her flight. While the app was loading I asked her name. Lynn, she said. I gave her directions, took her out to the shuttle, helped get her bags onboard and explained the dilemma to the shuttle driver. I hope she makes it. But it felt good to assist someone when I didnt have to. Another good deed done. :)
