When told the reason for Daylight Saving time the old Indian said, Only a white man would believe that you could cut a foot off the top of a blanket and sew it to the bottom of a blanket and have a longer blanket. Its been a busy week around here, it finally stopped snowing and the sun is out. The thaw is what we will be dealing with now. We live up on a hill, so when it the thaws, the runoff goes down the middle of the road, causing all kinds of problems. Around here our roads are all gravel. So the water and dirt make one big mud pie. I (Becca) have been studying business finance and microeconomics, something I should have done in my younger years, for sure. It might have been a bit easier to comprehend, back a few years. I had to call my daughter today and have her explain how to use my business calculator. Im glad to have my daughter around to help figure out my finance math equations. They say you are never to old to learn, we shall see. Our Generation, what have we accomplished? Steven here. I think we have done OK. The internet is going to change everything. The exchange of information and ideas, has been accelerated by eminence proportions. Good for everyone, is this free flowing knowledge. And just as important, when ever there is a scam, or fraud, or corruption of any kind; the internet allows us-all an easy way to expose problems and make our voices heard.
