Who else is reflecting on their year? This time last year I had secretly resigned from my own company and started my first shift working in a pub. It was a scary time after having made a massive decision, with no clue what 2014 held in store for me. Three months later I set up my sports focused creative agency and have not looked back. I ride my bike more, see my friends and family, travel and love my work. Dont make rash decisions but dont be afraid to take the plunge and make decisions that scare you... I hope you all absolutely love 2015!!! X
