Will I called are health insurance company to find out why we havent gotten are cards yet. The lady on the phone. Who sounded like she was living in a world that didnt care about your customers. She said It takes 7-10 days to get them. I told her its been that long. She said said she will order new ones. I said how are you sending them. She said USPS. I said you mean the pony express. Because its taking that long to get them. She was done dead silence. And then said anything else I can help with. I told her thats OK because it would take 7-10 days or more to get the responds.
