With my last shift at McDonalds on Friday, Id like to share something with you. If you have ever thought people working there are stupid or lazy, you are WRONG. The part-time staff are either students who also work (which Id hate), or are raising kids - the hardest job in the entire world. The full-time staff have drive, ambition and if they want to succeed, they must be multi-taskers, coolheaded negotiators and genuinely cool people. I have never had such a physically, mentally and emotionally draining job but boy Im glad Ive done it. The team dynamic is exciting, creative and inspiring. So I tell you all now, NEVER disrespect someone that works in McDonalds, or you will have me to answer to.
