Woah smashing leg sesh this morning. Feeling it already! Explosion squats at 130kg, calf raises with Olympic barbell at 135kg, lying leg press 240kg, dead lifts (only could manage 100kg coz of bad wrist :-/ And some simple plyometric jumps as supersets. Good job I scoffed plenty of carbs, proteins and veggies today! (And good fats). And drank plenty of water! Now time for plenty of recovery. DOMS tomorrow.
