Word can not even explain how proud I am of my team.....I am so blessed to have them! I am such a lucky women to have people whos hearts are in the right place....they have never stopped....they have pushed through so much to get were they are today. They are DRIVERS....they are motivators....coaches....mothers....fathers...friends....they are the AMAZING....it is crazy to think that this was all of Gods plan. He knew who and why he brought every single one of them in my life. I am HONORED..... They have left me speechless...just to watch them grow....I am proud...that they took that leap of faith...I have watched so many distributors grow into amazing leaders....and to watch others grow to executive..ruby....emerald...diamond....double diamond...and soon to be triple diamond etc....WOW....you guys have blown my socks off from day 1. What is so important to know....is that you are NOT measured by your rank...you are measured by your heart...your character..the leader you are!.... This year as been nothing but spectacular! I have had so many incredible moments with you guys at trainings...meetings....one one ones.....phone calls....voxers.....green carpet....parties....and just evenings out....but what is THE MOST important to me is your happiness. I will never push you to limits you are do not want....I will never lead you in the wrong direction....I will always have your back.....I will always treat you with the most respect.....I will always carry you when you fall......I will always be your biggest cheerleader.....I will always appreciate you!!!! I will never leave anyone behind...... These 2 1/2 years in this business has taught me more about myself than the 38 years on this earth....but it is because of each and everyone of you....I am the happiest I have ever been...it is because of you...I am who I am today...and because of that...I am forever grateful to have you! Love you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lets finish this month strong!!!! and when 2015 hits...you guys are taken over the WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
